Behind every custom and private-label item are dedicated production lines — our own overseas lines and factory partners of decades' standing that build to our drawings, gauges and print files. We manage the program end to end: specification, sampling, production, quality control and shipping to our Markham warehouse.

Printing
Multi-colour rotogravure and flexo presses put your brand on bags, rolls and films. Plate-ready artwork and a Pantone reference are all we need.

Bag & roll converting
Automated lines convert film into T-shirt bags, roll bags, zipper bags, aprons and gloves — sealed, perforated, counted and packed to your case spec.

Thermoforming
PET and PP sheet is extruded and thermoformed into trays, hinged containers and cups in dust-controlled production halls.

Non-woven & paper
Spun-bond non-woven fabric and kraft paper are printed, laminated and welded or glued into reusable totes and shopping bags.

Quality control
In-house laboratories check tensile strength, tear resistance, gauge and seal integrity before goods are released for shipment.
